2. Scope of Services

We provide home appliance repair and maintenance services for all major brands and appliances, including:

  • Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Dryers, Dishwashers, Ovens, Gas Stoves, Electric Stoves, Deep Freezers, and Coffee Machines.

Our technicians perform on-site inspection, diagnosis, and repair services for leading brands such as LG, Siemens, Bosch, Indesit, Hitachi, Teka, Electrolux, Glem Gas, Maytag, Miele, De’Longhi, AEG, Sharp, Gorenje, Candy, and others.

We do not sell appliance parts or new machines — our service is limited to repair and maintenance only.

3. Booking and Service Confirmation

  • Bookings can be made by phone or WhatsApp on +971569491696  .

  • Once your booking is confirmed, our technician will visit your location at the agreed time.

  • Service appointments are subject to technician availability and area coverage.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic delays, weather, or emergencies).

4. Inspection and Estimates

  • Our technician will diagnose the appliance issue during the initial visit.

  • After inspection, an estimated cost for repair will be provided.

  • In some cases, a small inspection or visiting charge may apply — this will be informed in advance.

  • The customer may choose whether or not to proceed with the repair after receiving the estimate.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made immediately upon job completion.

  • Payments are accepted in cash or through other methods mutually agreed upon at the time of service.

  • All prices quoted are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include labor charges.

  • Any replacement parts used (if required) will be charged separately.

6. Warranty on Repairs

  • Our repair services may include a limited service warranty, depending on the type of repair and parts used.

  • The warranty covers only the specific fault repaired and does not apply if:

    • The appliance is used incorrectly after repair.

    • The fault occurs due to external issues such as power surges, water damage, or misuse.

    • The appliance is opened or tampered with by another technician after our service.

Warranty duration and details will be clearly stated on your service receipt or confirmed verbally at the time of repair.

7. Parts and Materials

  • We use high-quality compatible or original parts (depending on availability).

  • We do not sell spare parts separately.

  • All parts replaced remain the property of Services Center UAE unless otherwise agreed.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to provide safe and reliable repair services, Services Center UAE shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages.

  • Data loss (e.g., settings or programs on washing machines or coffee machines).

  • Damage caused by the appliance’s pre-existing condition or external factors (such as water leaks, short circuits, or user error).

Our total liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

9. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting us at least 2 hours before the scheduled visit.

  • Last-minute cancellations or technician visits without service may incur a call-out charge.
