This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, or rescheduled appointments may be accepted.

1. Service Inspection and Diagnosis

When you request a technician visit, our expert will inspect and diagnose the issue.

In some cases, a call-out or inspection fee may apply — this covers travel and initial diagnosis.

This inspection fee is non-refundable, even if you decide not to proceed with the repair after the quote is provided.
2. Repair Service Charges

Payment is made after successful completion of the repair job.

Once a service has been completed and accepted by the customer, no refunds will be issued for the work performed.

If the same issue reoccurs within the service warranty period (if applicable), we will provide a free follow-up visit or repair, depending on the warranty terms discussed at the time of service.
3. Parts and Materials

Charges for spare parts, replacement components, or materials are non-refundable once installed.

We only use high-quality compatible or original parts, depending on availability and customer agreement.

If a part is found defective under warranty, we will replace it free of cost, provided it is covered by the manufacturer or service warranty.
4. Appointment Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule your service appointment under the following conditions:

Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled time will not incur any charges.

If a technician has already been dispatched or has arrived at your location, a visiting/inspection fee may apply.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may lead to service refusal in the future.
5. Technician Delay or Service Rescheduling

We strive to reach every customer on time. However, due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen issues, slight delays may occur.

In such cases, you may choose to reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time — no extra charge will apply.
6. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only in rare cases, such as:

The service was paid in advance and canceled before any technician was dispatched.

A duplicate payment was accidentally made for the same service.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed through the same payment method used originally (if applicable) or by mutual agreement.
Processing may take 5–10 business days.
7. No Refunds After Service Completion
Once the repair job has been completed and verified by the customer on-site, the service is considered fully delivered.
We do not issue refunds for completed repair work, used parts, or on-site inspection visits.
8. Service Warranty

Some services may include a limited repair warranty, which covers only the specific fault repaired.

If the same issue reoccurs during the warranty period, we will repair it again at no cost.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, external factors (like voltage fluctuation or water leakage), or third-party interference after repair.
9. Policy Updates
Services Center UAE reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
